Terra Static

Terra Static generates a static image file (i.e no zoom or pan features) for a specified Area of Interest (AOI) and output scale. The bitmap image file can be downloaded to the client side application and stored against locations then used as a map icon when the application lists the location details after a search is performed. Usually the map icon is linked by URL to another web service related to the relevant location.
Terra Static is ideal for companies that wish to automatically email or SMS their customer a map of the specific store location that they must go to so they can receive their requested service.
