These applications rely on our Mapwerks appliance operating in the customer's environment, regardless of whether it is hosted by the customer or an external hosting service provider. Our Managed Map Service Level Agreement (SLA) is designed to protect customers against unscheduled outages. Only a specialist Geospatial Services Company can offer the most uncompromising SLA in the Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) industry. This guarantees a Zero-Downtime Geospatial Service and Hardware Replacement.
Replacement Mapwerks Appliance Server
TerraPages guarantees that the failed Mapwerks Appliance will be replaced by shipping an identically configured Mapwerks appliance Server within the time period specified in our bundled support agreement. Critical customer data centre infrastructure including functioning of all power and HVAC infrastructure including UPSs, PDUs and cabling, and the power supplies on customers' servers is out of scope and must be restored by the customer or customers hosting service provider.
Optional Extras
Zero-Downtime 24/7TerraPages guarantees that it's Mapwerks appliance and associated services will be available 99% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Upon experiencing downtime, TerraPages will activate one of its servers in the mapwerks appliance farm operating in the TerraPages data centre to take over the Web Map and other geospatial services within 2 hours of a support call being lodged and a trouble ticket being opened.
